Sep 25, 2012 · I also purchased meat from Capital Meats, Inc. based out of Fredericksburg, VA. I am new to the area and had no prior experience with companies selling food in this manner. On 7/23/2012 I was charged $175 for 6 cases of frozen beef products. The next day I cooked some of the beef tenderloin and they smelled and tasted rancid.
