Had to send my hard drive off to a California data recovery business where they recovered all my photos, e-mials and files. Carbonite would not reimburse me for that expense either. Carbonite Backup Service has a very dishonest Marketing Department. I was a MOZY customer from many years paying about $109 a year for my backup service. When Carbonite bought Mozy we got an email saying our new Carbonite account will be offering the same service and about the same price.
