Worldpay - the company who do not care! I have been a Worldpay customer for several years. They charge high prices compared to others, but that is not an issue with my company, IF we receive a decent service. 18 months ago we reduced the number of transactions we put through Worldpay to place those transactions through two other companies because of the time it takes Worldpay to pay us.

I came to cancel since we moved on-line with low cost [external reference] services and [external reference] Anywhere for all remote payments - both of which are SO MUCH cheaper and more helpful than Cardsave.

Feb 06, 2012 · Hi, I have been with cardsave with a virtual terminal for mail order and e-commerce and did find them to be pricy after shopping around. I contacted them and asked them how easy it would be to cancel and go elsewhere. They told me it was a 12 month rolling contract and I had to give notice 30 days prior to a new rolling year beginning.

Shocking. Have had a long relationship with them on 5 accounts and they are just appalling on their service. They have taken 4 years to update our address to start with , they send messages by text asking you to contact them then you do and they have no knowledge or support, its like dealing with chimps sometimes, in fact chimps are far more intellect.
