We went with agr p.o upand I didntpick the ship or departure port. I would t ever leave from Tampa or go on a small Carnival ship again. It will be many years before I travel to the Caribbean again by everything has got so expensive and each port looks exactly the same as the one before.all the same shops and all built by the cruise ships so you don't see anything local unless you go on excursion3.8/5
