Horrendous and insulting Customer Service. Having been highly recommended and sold a phone case in store which turned out to be not fit for purpose, as with one waist height drop my 5month old phone became unusable, I sent in a complaint about the goods and the rude store manager who I went to for help, over 9 weeks ago.

Disgusting company. Thought I bout bought a new Samsung Galaxy S10 yesterday in a "Curry store", but turns out it was Carphone Warehouse booth. Once I started using the phone I noticed that the phone is full of mandatory bloatware from Samsung which I don't need nor want, which I can't delete or disable.
