I thought I would use the appropriate measures to take care of an issue I have with Castle, The Window People of Mt Laurel, NJ by making a formal complaint throught the New Jersey Better Business Bureau but it appears that the BBB of NJ are unable to arbitrate a simple matter concerning warranty issues.

@Castle Assistant To me, Castle Windows does not keep their end of a bargain, a contract. They fall back on the fine print of the contract, particularly the part where you signed your right away to have any dispute resolved in a fair and honest way i.e. small claims court.
