Oct 19, 2019 · We just purchased the Pulte/Centex Oasis model home on 2/14/19 and it's been a series of shoulder shrugging and ridiculous excuses from day one. We are having some major drainage issues and with landscaping; poor quality sod (it's actually 80% weeds not actual "sod"), improper grading and installation and flooding after lawn irrigation and rains.
