Aug 01, 2014 · Central Payment has a lot of unethical practices, but I don't believe they are doing anything illegal. Their business model is basically a scam, but not illegal. These practices should, in my opinion, be illegal, but they are not. As far as the product and services go? They are no better or worse than all the other processors out there.
