Centrick Property. Avoid like the plague. I came here to voice my frustrations about how poorly Centrick Property run their business and treat their customers, but reading some of the other reviews here, there's nothing I can really add. It's a shame I can't rate less than 1 star.

Avoid letting your property out to Centrick Birmingham. They paid rent to the wrong account- basic errors. Also failed to do a property check after 3 months and had to be chased on this. Charged too high fees for the service.

Centrick property offer everything that you could need property wise. A great location next to the Mailbox, it's spacious inside and the staff here are really good and know their stuff inside out.
