On the way out I spoke to a Cheap Caribbean representative and she stated she could do nothing about it and for me to file a grievance when I got back to the United States! Thanks for nothing cheap Caribbean! Please take my advice and stay away! Update spoke to cheap Caribbean and they acted like they wanted nothing to do with what happened!

Cheap Caribbean has the worst customer service ever. Went to Punta Cana and they didnt even book our flight and tried to blame it on us. Then Cheap Caribbean booked the wrong room at the hotel. Got 1 phone call from their representative while in punta cana and that was it.3/5(441)
