Sep 29, 2011 · Having read some of the complaints on this site, I am convinced people are being taken advantage of by Cheapoair. I've booked many flights on competitive sites without complaint. Fares and fees were as stated and were better or equal to what I could find on the actual airline sites. However this is not true with my Cheapoair experience.
