The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300. While driving 6 mph and slowing down, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was towed to the contact's house. Several independent mechanics inspected the vehicle and diagnosed that the engine had completely failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. A dealer was not contacted.10/10

The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the engine blew a rod and that there were metal fragments in the pistons as a result the engine would need to be replaced.10/10
