Ironically, even while I was paying for the service (without my knowledge) I still couldn't access the service. So I was being charged for a service I was not even being provided. Furthermore, they only refund you up to two months.

Cic Triple Advantage has been charging me 45.80 a month for credit monitoring that I didn't want. I have tried calling the back to get a contact number to try to resolve the issue, but no luck. I have tried to find contact number to call or an address to write to, to get this problem solved, but nothing has helped.
