Cintas has been servicing [redacted]'s business, per his requirements, all the way through February 2016. Each Cintas delivery & service concludes with the review of the service invoice & is signed by the restaurant for approval of products & services received. Disney are actually very good with complaints, ive not done one after the event, but dis complain at City Hall one time for what I considered to be a big deal, I was offered Park Hoppers for our entire group with a 2 yr validity. I cant really see them offering a refund, but id have thought a free return visit (Park Access)is a possibility, depends how hard you want to push.
