We live at Forrest Ridge apartments and have neighbors that have at least two tiny yappy dogs that scream-bark constantly. In typical Bloomington landlord fashion, Hallmark Rentals says there is nothing they can do about the noise (I’ve sent them numerous hour long videos of the barking and I believe nuisance noise is considered 15+minutes of consecutive noise).

It was grandfathered in when the noise ordinance was passed. It's been in use since the 1920's if not earlier. The majority of the houses around it were built and bought with people full well knowing the track is there and the cars used to be louder. On a side note, the speedway was in it's own section on the city's annexation map.
