Apr 25, 2019 · Just ditched my 3rd pair of Clarks mules. I buy these shoes because I have a bad foot issue and can only wear mules with an open heel. I have learned a very expensive lesson, no more Clark’s for me. How they can continue to sell this junk is beyond me. There are numerous sites online with the same complaints about these shoes.

The service I have received is very poor. I have shopped at Clark’s all my life, my two children who are now 39 and 44 wore Clark’s shoes all through their childhood and my daughter continues to wear Clark’s. Shelly in Customer Care was most helpful in locating two pairs of Rosalyn Wren shoes for my wife who has severe mobility problems. These shoes are comfortable and safe and regrettably have been discontinued, however Shelly persevered and found two pairs in the Bury branch of Clarks.
