Fraud. Appraiser sent from Class Valuation and I paid $525.00. Appraisal has been amended 8 times and still not right! The first 8 appraisals had the year built wrong, the site area wrong, missing the fact that I have a patio, updates have been made in the past 15 years and the fact that the washer and dryer come with the sale of the house.
