I contacted Closet Factory and California closets thought their website. Both have free consultation with their designers. I found Cal closets a bit more rigid and much more expensive. I guess for her it is a volume business and unfortunately IT IS THE SAME for California Closets because their remediation was also entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.
