Coldflow rang to say that my cooler was due for a service. They booked a date and time that provided them with a window of 4 hours. They then rang to change the time which extended their possible arrival by a further two hours (6 Hours). I waited all day and they didn't turn up. Oct 28, 2017 · Coldflow says they will send a headboss at 6pm (as soon as possible), he calls in the morning at 7:30 telling me they'll come at 1pm i cant believe this. 1pm arrives they're still not here i call them again they say they'll be there in another half hour, his reason is that they're tradesmen and tradesmen just cant always be ontime.
