I do understand the idea of non-intervention, the portal, and having the ability to upload and access documents was good, but I found that with overlap, delays, and needing to follow up on queries because of a lack of clarity, was quite unsatisfactory.

Thank you for your review Kevin, I do apologise you've had a negative experience with our company. Our call back system can vary in terms of when you receive your call, during busy periods these can take between 24-48 hours to be returned and the expiry date of your policy has no bearing on this, we return all call back requests that are placed through both our phone system and the online system.

Overall the service provided by… Overall the service provided by 25plus.ie is very good. 2 points Price is competitive but it still could be cheaper, better deals should be struck with insurers and possibly a number of insurers could be considered to ensure lower prices however consistently 25plus.ie has been the cheapest quote for me.

Mar 04, 2019 · Thanks to OP Voucher still working for me this morning, saved me €103 :-) Price now at €599 Cheapest I can get anywhere by about half. I've been using 25plus/itsforwomen for about 8 years on and off now, can't say it's plain sailing but as already mentioned they manipulate you into using their website rather than phone calls but I just get things done early and allow some time.
