Their syrategy is to offer services in areas where no other service provider is available, so that people have no choice. As they know no one will buy their pathetic plans with other players like hlHathway, ACT, etc being in the area.

Text of Complaint by Hemangi Patil: On 29th December 2018, i had applied for tikona service and made the online payment of service for 3 months on the same day. They lied to me that they do have their service in area i asked for but it was not so they dont have any connections close to where i stay. They fooled me into paying for 3months service.
