Aug 23, 2012 · You could make a complaint to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) – you could also call her Broker of Record to complain. I suspect you would have still sold your house to that buyer if you’d known they were related to the agent, so I’m not sure that a disclosure would have prevented the pain you’re going through…best of luck!
