I have a complaint to make against StarHub. We re-contract n upgrade our cable broadband to dual broadband (fibre n cable) during the COMEX 2015 (3 Sep) in SUNTEC. The vendor is supposed to visit my place and configured the broadband on 22 Sep from 6 - 8pm. However, nobody turned up and we waited till 630pm before calling the customer service.

I asked Singtel to relocate my three telephone line to the new office. The operator told me that they will charge us $70 per line, I said I have no choice but to pay for it.
