i have been a member of gamefly since 2005 and now if you are lucky to get a new release sent to u on release date you'll never see the game from them it will sit on low to medium if u contact customer service they say the games are in high demand and are unable to ship then read the answers forum all new members are recieving new games without a problem.

I joined gamefly with a free month membership and they has a promotion for complimentary magazine which I did not take the offer or agree to it. Two weeks later I canceled my subscription/account to gamefly which was over 2 months ago. Now all of a sudden on 2/28/09 my card was charged the $39.95 for the magazine again which I did not authorize.
