Aug 08, 2018 · My claim was that Kaplan University violated IC 21-18.5-6-16. The judge ruled that Kaplan did indeed violate this code but that the Indiana Attorney Generals office was not going to prosecute them. I filed an appeal to this decision because also under this chapter Kaplan University should have been charged for specificly violating chapter 16.

Oct 13, 2011 · I recently graduated from Kaplan Univeristy with a Masters In Education specifically in Teaching Literacy grades K-6. I was told by Kaplan that their University was accredited..and it is.. but what they failed to tell me was that the courses they provided are UNAPPROVED.
