Jan 05, 2012 · We bought Bella Wood and used the installer they recommended. After 2 years the floor has buckled in 2 places and we have other areas that are coming up. The installer blames the wood and Lumber Liquidators blames the installer. The company will do nothing to help us. Do not buy product from this company. They are a total ripoff.

Complaint / review text: My husband is a sub-contractor for Lowe's installing wood floors. But we couldn't pass up the great deal that lumber liquidators had on laminate flooring. We ended up buying 300 sqft.
