I have a similar complaint like most people here. A parcel has been sent to me via EMS from Nigeria to India since 30/11/2011 but till date, i am yet to receive the parcel. The parcel consist of a Laptop & a shirt and it has since 4/12/2011 been lying with the Mumbai Customs. I have never experienced such service before and it is unbearable.
