Qatar airways' complaints department is worthless and a waste of time. This airline is NOT a 5 star service !!! Better treatment and a professional service from fly dubai. An update on this complaint. the said crew was called to the office, was almost terminated but was given a chance to remove her pictures and deactivate her account. A stern warning comes with it that if they find other pictures she will be terminated from Qatar Airways.

To make matters worse, I raised a complaint with Qatar Airways on 6th Jan. No response. I tweeted a complaint on 28th Jan - was advised I would be contacted by Customer Care as soon as possible. Here I am on 8th February with still no contact having been made. My husband and I lived in Qatar for 6 years and used Qatar Airways all the time.
