Jan 21, 2020 · This year Westgate sent me my maintenance and tax bill and told me the deed was never transferred! I flew down to Cabo and all I got was if a paid them $3000.00 they would make my problem go away!!! WTHELL!! I called Westgates and told them I had signed off this time share and Sun-trust was the new owner.

Westgate pressured me into a timeshare in 2018. My wife was with me and during the presentation she fell sick and had to go and lay down. She did not sign the timeshare contract even though they told us she had to because it was a community property state.i was told that I wouldn’t have any maintenance fees until 2020, but two months after our visit I had a maintenance bill for around $1200.

Mar 30, 2016 · after I filed a complaint with Rip-Off report I was contacted by Time Share Answers and was assured they would work hard for me. I decided to take a chance and let them prove themselves. I am so glad I did, within a few weeks after I sent in all the paperwork the contract was canceled and all my deposit was reutrned.

Purchased Westgate Travel Club in April of 2011. We stayed at Westgate Flamingo Bay in Las Vegas December 2011. The property was beautifully maintained and the service was very friendly. We also used Westgate Cruise and Travel to book our airfare with the customer service representative over the phone. The service was excellent.
