It was not until 2015 when the conflict resolution representative explained the need for an appraisal. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done on Suntrust's behalf to resolve our complaint as it has already occurred and only after 1 year of waiting have they contacted us with any information.

I had began an inquiry into possibly returning a deposit on Friday April 12, On Monday I called to stop the concern only to see a week later one deposit was returned . I used the other deposit in transactions only to see 6 weeks later OVER $47,000 to be deducted from my account with only $300 in account.
