I understand Walmart is a large pharmacy and store and has a lot of business but at no times should an employee make a customer feel bad about calling, that I am inconveniencing the pharmacy. I am doing this complaint, but am guessing it will not go anywhere or may not even be read and for that I am also complaining directly to the store.

All I got from the pharmacy or any of their pharmacists was an "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do about it." If you are considering starting to use a WalMart Pharmacy, rethink your decision. They are horrible and feel no need on their part to supply your meds in a timely manner. I entered a complaint with AARP and they steered me to Walgreens.

Feb 11, 2019 · Twenty-four hours later, I get a call from the pharmacy asking me which pharmacy I am transferring from and the pharmacy phone number. I give them the information (again) and think they are filling the prescription. The next day, I get a call from Walmart Pharmacy and they are asking the same exact questions, (which pharmacy and the phone number).
