AT&T don't value loyal customers. I was a customer for 3 years plus. My service was spotty and they increased my bill every few months with a new fee or something. If I didn't call they wouldn't have caught the "mistake" of 50 dollars a month. After overpaying I finally cancelled service.

First of the month I pay bills and have to go searching email for U-verse notice of monthly invoice or then have to log into U-verse to review the account statement if I have questions about the amount.
