Half of the (small) Customer Care team really don't care about people's issues and can be downright rude to customers - they are just there for the completely unwarranted high salaries. No-one monitors their calls because once the sales team have got your money Bellway have no interest in you.3/5

Every couple of weeks I chase Bellway Customer Service for an update, four times out of five I get no response, with the fifth acknowledging my email offering further postponement. With the house sale complete and Bellway fully paid, I have absolutely no leverage to get these issues resolved.
