Jan 01, 2017 · The Carlton Sheets program does not work like they say it does. You definitly need money to do the program. But I did learn a lot of things that I did not know, like filling out contracts and saving realtor fees. The money I have saved from this course has paid for the course 20 times over.

Carlton Sheets is alive and well, and still reeling them in. Now, he is ALL hard sell, this time his "mentoring" program. If you e-mail him, he'll respond with the extreme hard sell for about a week, then tell you you're not serious about real estate and never contact you again.

Jan 24, 2007 · Carlton Sheets program is not realistic. I was fortunate to watch the sessions without purchasing it. The no money down program is B/S you still need to pay for closing costs. Also If his program is suppose to be successful, then why is he not a Billionaire real estate investor? Does he even own any investment real estate?
