Avoid CheapOAir at all costs! They are by far the worst booking experience I ever had. :( I'm professional Quality Assurance Analyst, and it takes a lot to irritate me and cause this review. There were a number of hidden fees ($59 for seat selection, $74 for canceling online booking within 30 mins, etc.)

Sep 29, 2011 · Having read some of the complaints on this site, I am convinced people are being taken advantage of by Cheapoair. I've booked many flights on competitive sites without complaint. Fares and fees were as stated and were better or equal to what I could find on the actual airline sites. However this is not true with my Cheapoair experience.
