Car was totaled out by insurance company. CoPart was to dispatch a towing company to pick up. We are now on day 3 of waiting. It’s Friday. They said they would be here Tuesday. Each time talking to “customer service”, we’ve been given different excuses. One lady flat out lied (waiting on the review of those calls to prove it.)
