tremendous amounts of bad reviews. I contacted dell to get this situation resolved because someone should have done a recall, but they didn't. I could not get no help with my computer. I will never purchase a dell ever again, and I advise you not to either. Their systems have gone downhill and their customer support is all foreigners.
