Mar 27, 2018 · I signed up for ATT/DirectTV on Tuesday, 08/21/2018. I was given an appointment time for installation for 08/23/2018. No one arrived, not even a call to notify me. I called the following day and I was given a second appointment time for 08/29/2018. Again no one arrived. When I called, I was told that the tech cancelled my appointment.

Looking online I See tons of complaints but not really considering they have 16 million customers. I had Dish with their 120 music channels, Dish Earth and a ton of other stupid channels and Directv is much much better in terms of programming (where else can you get SUNDAY TICKET?)
