I am a painting contractor and have repainted a few pf their homes. My parents even lived in one for 5 years. These homes are junk. They are one of the worst builders I have ever seen but believe it or not there are a lot of builders just like them..I had a customer once that lived in a Centex home and had some problems getting them to honor the warranty.
