Overall my view on this Evans Halshaw dealership is that after you take a car away they are not interested.They are not interested in customer service. Fantastic customer service from Joseph nothing was too much trouble I never felt pushed into buying extras and even though the car was coming from a different site he made sure I'd had a test drive in same make and model car I wanted without forcing the sale of the car I was in.

I do note that the contract specifically mentions the dealer is responsible for any faults at the time of purchase, and I have an email chain to prove they were aware of at least the thermometer issue before purchase. Evans Halshaw Preston refuse to remedy this, however.
