Worst Customer Service Ever Received. I have to say i wish i had checked Trustpilot before ordering my companies hampers through Harrods! The reviews are spot on... i sent out the first email on the 11th Dec with a completed order form as we had circa 50 hampers to send out, five emails later and still no response from 4 different emails addresses.

To conclude, Guests come to Harrods for the brand and luxury. Afternoon Tea is both about the food and the experience. It is a great shame that my partners birthday celebrations were dampened by the lack of service level during our Afternoon Tea, especially for the level one should expect from Harrods and the price point of the experience.
