Thomascook.com is an agency site, so they do sell other tour operators holidays. The flights and hotel tab does tailor made holidays via Flexible Trips using different airlines, but it's very clear that they are the operator. It's stated next to the hotel name. I presume your holiday was a standard package flying on Thomas Cook Airlines.

So we had booked bus transfers with Thomas cook/upanddo. We were outside hotel at 4am waiting on transfer at 4:15. A bus arrived , not numbered 131 as we’d been informed , and I approached driver and stated our names only to be greeted with a blank expression from driver !
