I had the worst experience of my life with them, I called in and reserved a room in orlando from Hotelscorp.com , The lady on the phone went ahead and found the room and got me "good deal" and went ahead and booked me the room , she gave me the confirmation # and address for the Hotel etc.. Now all I had to do was go to the Hotel with my confirmation # and I will have the room as booked.

Not sure if hotelscorp is the same as www.hotels.com but I have used the later with absolutely no problem, you just have to pay for the room in advance but if you cancel or change they charge you 25.00 and refund the diff.

hen she looked it up the "manager" had written that I wanted the tickets early and he couldn't give them to me. Now i have been on the phone with HotelsCorp 2 hours and the person who says that are the manager asked me what do I expect for $25.00. The hotel was dingy and had roaches, (worse than any 2 star hotel I have been in) and the ticket packages (supposedly included fast pass) but none of the attractions had fast pass on them so I overpaid! I called them for a refund because of all the complaints and they just said that I should've done my due dilligence to complain to the front desk!
