Missed flight because followed info on Jetstar website, extremely rude staff. My initial flight departure time with Jetstar was 10:00 PM. When I tried to check in online in the afternoon the same day, Jetstar website showed me that the flight was delayed, and that the new departure time was 10:35.

It didn’t fully “click” with me until I was aboard that Jetstar is wholly owned by Qantas, and that was clearly reflected in the service.. There were four female flight attendants, all in their upper-20s or early-30s, and they couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional.
