Lesson Learned - Avoid (Not Factory Authorized) I have purchased 3 watches from Jomashop, most recently a Raymond Weil. The watch stopped running within a couple weeks of purchase, and showed some condensation inside, even though I had never taken it swimming / diving (I actually do not know how to swim) or showered with it on.

I explained to them that when people buy a watch they wear it and they have to take the links out. Jomashop refused to refund the $345.00. It's not the amount of money but the principle. I don't know how BBB can rate them so high with many complaints on the web. Jomashop is not an authorized dealer and sells knockoff used refurbished watches.
