I emailed LaserShip to notify them of no delivery, and they emailed back telling me that the package was delivered, and if I disagreed that it was delivered, I needed to contact the seller and settle it with them. I have read a multitude of negative complaints about LaserShip, most about no delivery of ordered goods.
