May 09, 2015 · You could also complain to the trade association CIVEA. I don't know how much they actually do, but they have a code of practice and a complaints procedure. It is more difficult as you don't know who they were acting on behalf of or what the bailiffs name was. I doubt they will come back as you have called the police whilst they were there.

Dealing with bailiffs is complicated and unpleasant but there is plenty of free, independent help and advice available if you have to deal with them at any time. I have googled Marstons bailiffs and they have lots of negative articles about them, aswell as being on the one show!! (the bottom link is all about complaints of that company)

No help from management and they will favour other agents, not always paid for work, so you have to chase after your wages. Pay is better elsewhere with other companies in the same trade and you have to request jobs twice or even 3 times per week to do and hope they pay, also you will be given jobs that have already been worked numerous times already.2.7/5(10)
