May 23, 2013 · I worked in restaurants for 12 years, and, unfortunately, some of that time was spent in fast food management. Here's a couple things I learned: 1) excuses about how hard your job is don't cut it. Fast food restaurants are designed to accomodate what they offer with the capacity to do it quickly.
