Then all of a sudden, they increased my subscription to R959, I again called on them and was told that I was to young to receive Sassa and they could not downgrade to a more affordable option.

Multichoice have been running a drive to get DSTV subscribers to use debit orders. I thought this was a great idea and when they contacted me directly i gave them the details they required and i was told the DO was sorted. This billing date came and went with no DO amount deducted from my account.
