Dec 14, 2011 · NACA has so many complaints about their operations and they're for good reasons. NACA claims to fight economic justice and claims they want to help low to moderate income families become homeowners. I was in the program for a little over 2 years.

Apr 23, 2010 · NACA got me thrown out of my home after 9 months of meaningless paperwork and missing work and stressing to follow thru on everthing they said to do. After nine months of nothingness they go to Maimi and have drinks over my loan and between BANK OF AMERICA AND NACA they decide I can't afford my mortgage altogether.

Jul 23, 2010 · I don't believe Naca is a scam, however I do agree with DavePhx...Naca's contracts with the servicers are worthless. My file has been escalated by Naca three times and Bank of America has done nothing. BOA sent my proposal back in Jan 2010, yet they won't send me any documents.
